He was an lolGM. He was in main offering to fill team flex banks, since he was quitting the game. My teams got flex too. This was probably a request to be banned, so that he wouldn't be enticed by coming back.

Why do people request perma bans when they decide to leave? Just makes it a bit of a pain in the ass when they decide to come back.
