I like where you're going with the build. You do need some conditioning, toughness, and balance too though IMO.

How are these guys?
Not good. WHy don't you drop footwork by ~10. Drop awareness by ~15. Add some tech and power. and throw in conditioning if you run a lot.

Uh? Zero?
I mean, the only time he's running is when the play is long downfield in the hands of a WR who you'd hope would be much faster even if you gave him points.
Now, a run OT on the other hand...

40 footwork is pretty meaningless there. I would spend more time looking into quickness, conditioning, and tech/power skills.

In sophomore and seasoned sack numbers seem to disappear however a lot of them still occur because an OT gets 'caught' or 'stuck' on a full back or a guard. I see it like his ankle being stepped on because his assignment is now in a lane for the QB. If you don't have good quickness and sprinting the OT can't recover from getting stuck, and the QB is fair game. However, watch an Off Tackle with good quickness and 20 or 25 sprinting quickly recover and truck it back to break the lane. This is why off tackles need physical stuff.
Watch my OT Got Nothing, get stuck on the Guard but full sprint back to stop the pass rusher. OT has 20 sprint.

It also pays off being able to get to a line backer on a running play. I think it's worth it.

I think I mentioned that having some speed helps in the running game. I mean, I did build the entire offensive line for my run-only rookie team

You did... but that wasn't my point. I was discrediting your advice to ignore sprinting on pass protection.

wouldn't say that. But 25 is a good number to hit at late soph if you pass a good deal.

I think he's talking about the lowest the cap on any given skill can be.
To the guy that asked, 25 is the lowest cap you can have regardless of your beginning attributes.
