I love this league and the competition, but what's up with everyone being on everyone's team at a management level? 5 teams have other owners in our league in a GM or Coaching role. What do you guys do when you play each other?

Lol, we don't run tactics and shit. It's part of a group we are in. Usually you see an "S" on my logo but because of my loss and avatar bet. You don't see it. But, my Signature tells you what I am in the group. Stobie is in this group as well as Butters. One of the rules state to have one of the Officers or Board Members (I think that) must be a GM or Ast GM in case the Owner goes away for any reason.

I really don't like that we are seeing networks taking form in GLB2. It killed quite a bit of the fun in GLB2. But I guess it is the way things go almost automatically.

Djibouti has made there own network so and some other people. It was going to happen and you know...connections, you used them so thats technically a network you have. It might not be broad based, but you used your connections.

Yes, we are close with DD (like the original Alpine team in GLB1 was with HHWC), but it is nothing like a network. Pretty good distance between not sitting alone in your mothers basement and being a network.
I guess we have a network with ourselves though:

I have nothing against anyone being part of a network, I just think the game would be more fun without them

I bet we won't be irrelevant for as long as we are around.

I knocked you out of the top 10. How long has it been since you were out of that spot?

Been awhile, but I don't think being top 10 is what defines being relevant. Not that big of a difference between a top 10 and a top 50 team now.
