Warrior General Games

Apparently the Pelicans (#4 sophomore team) decided they wanted to run a scrimmage against the Lounge.

For teh lulz (which is pretty much the reason I do most things), I let them play against my rookie team's 100% zone defense.

Well, it wasn't a shutout, but the 10 points they scored was less than a third their normal offense output.

(and yes, I am aware nobody except bhall takes scrimmages seriously...it's still lulzy)

Wait...what?

I did exactly zero scouting. I ran the default offense and defense that game if for no other reason than it was the only playbooks and tactics (and still are) that I have.

Actually, I mostly killing time waiting for the 11:00 (mountain) sims to run so I can see how Yorick did and if my goofball Lounge defense produced any useable results.

I was also very impressed by the effectiveness of the zone D. Although I did use my ineffective against zone D offense.
