I can't seem to find any decent outside rushing plays. Any good ones that can guarantee 50% gain chance? (Or good OR plays on general)

Well, if you're looking for a 50% gain you can use about 30% of the plays, but only 20% of the time, and still the defense is going to be there 45% of the time which means your running back is going to have to do about 90% of the work that last 10% of the 50%.

The point is there are no guarantees.
There are several viable outside running plays but builds can make them ineffective, defenses can key on them and shut them down, and bad luck can always interfere.

I'm pretty sure it should be 46%.

Effective outside running is less about "best plays" and more about scouting defenses. The best outside running plays will be dictated but the defensive schemes your opponent runs.
And builds.
And builds.

this and watch some higher ranking teams to see what plays those teams are running.
