When I Renegotiate a players contract with Chemistry already at 100% from Medium to High will it reset the chemistry to stay the same?

No, renegotiating from medium to high or high to medium keeps the chemistry where ever its at, but if you renegotiate a player's contract from high/medium to low his chemistry will drop to 50
