No I don't have experience with that. I am going on blind faith that salary caps and salaries will rise on par with eachother through the tiers.

lot of faith here but i dont think thats how its going to work my friend... because its based upon salary percenages i think the math would indicate that every percent on the dollar would mean a lot of trouble down the road.

I'm kinda talking out of my butt here but it almost made sense.
