has level 2 investment for up to 40% chance. 36 heart. Hasn't fired once in three games, or at least if it does, there's no graphic.

I see this fire on punters for sure. Anyone have a replay of it working on a kick-off?

It seems like covg cmndr flashes SUPER fast - a lot faster than most things - more like a flash (that's what I remember anyway)
