Currently for the pickup games, HB gets to do all the returning job, whether they want it or not. This is a problem, since most of HB's energy gets drained from a previous returning role, and his tank is near empty for the next run play.
Also, all the other positions then HBs including so many nonHB return specialists out there only can watch HBs taking over the field for ST plays.
I think there should be a box to be checked when requesting pickup games, asking whether your player wants to play returner or not. If there are more than one player who requested, HB gets the job first, WR comes next and so on.
