do scrims count as games played or something?

To prevent weird things like making temporary experienced players, testing them in a scrim, then retiring them.

Nevermind, I can't give you your points back without database access.

I'll pester Bort about it later today. I might write a script that refunds all S* points if you have retired level 0 S*s

yeah. league/ladder for non-experienced, scrim/league/ladder for experienced makes more sense.
