Are we not allowed to create experienced players anymore?

Experienced players can be created during the season so new players have as many players as those who were built before the season started. You cannot use the experienced option to create a sophomore player.

Well, you could make an experienced player 3 days ago, and then us the "catch up" option...
But once we hit offseason, new players are all new players.
