See title. I am a 1st time coach and want to make sure my players spend all their SPs.

You can insist all your players' agents to open their builds to coaches.
There is also an inactive warning on the roster page that will tell you if agents quit logging in.

There's no way, and there shouldn't be a way, if you ask me - it would make it too easy to micromanage ("hey, I see you have 200 SPs sitting there, you should put them into heart right now" when someone was planning to take speed from 72 to 73 with them after another game or two).

You can create a player with their build and spend SPs into what they have to see if there is SPs left.
That will only work with rookies, unless you know how many total SPs a sophomore would have received to date (then you could just inspec element it)

Yeah, but there is a difference between keeping 100 SPs and 2000. I get your point about micro managing though.

Maybe just something if a player has 2x the sp of his top skill for a period of time?

Yeah...something indicating that the user didn't spend any SPs before his next game.

Other then the players play, no... Players at the same level, that added SP will play much better then players that didn't add SP

In all honesty sitting on 2000 SP's doesn't make a difference build wise. You MIGHT. Be missing like 3 points off the build

That depends on where those SP's could be spent.

To the OP. There are a couple different ways to tell.
1) PM them.
2) Add as friend and chat them.
3) Use the team forum.
If you have exhausted all those options and are still unsure, the best course of action may just be to part ways because this agent sounds pretty inactive.
