Bad Idea, I could easily afford that with about 150,000 flex in the bank already.
On the other hand I know alot of very good owners who couldn't and simply wouldn't try. You'd end up with far fewer teams than are needed to accommodate then interested level, there are better ways to fix owner inactivity than this.

Typically "cost of the game" stuff is NGTH but I don't recall ever seeing one that says make the game more expensive.

One thing's for sure. There'd be a whooooole lot more CPU ran teams, and a whooooole lot less human run teams.
