This becomes a battle of last place in the Gamma division. All my analysis work as been placed into trying to figure out who will win this game. Hours and hours of shaking the 8 ball with the question "Will Rhode Island get their second win today" and it came up with "Not Likely" so I will side with the expert and call it that way!

This is an expected and must win for DeepRoute though I am calling this a trap game due to the playoff race. They are sitting in a 3 way tie for the wildcard spot and have the best chance of actually making the playoffs, but they need to take care of business. They need to win out essentially to have a chance because if they stay in a tie with either Ministry or Detroit they will miss the playoffs due to a head to head matchup. There might be a weird case where it could be a 3 way tie but in that case they are still sitting behind in the points against category. DeepRoute will take care of business this week but have their work cutout the next 2 weeks. Hope they don't look past Sacramento in prep for the next 2 games.

Helmand at this point in the race can only play the playoff spoiler the next few weeks. They are a team on the verge of becoming a contender after taking down Ministry and Detroit in back to back weeks albeit holding them from scoring in the remaining seconds. Tampa essentially is a in a good spot to make the playoffs but if they get lazy and lose 2 of the next 3 games they could be sitting in the wildcard spot and even possibly out of the playoffs. I expect Helman to give Tampa a run for their money but feel the pass defense for Tampa will hold Helmand down.

There is no other way in saying it but Detroit controls it's own fate for the wildcard race right now. They must win this game to stay in contention. If they lose they still have an outside shot at the playoffs but would require winning against Ministry on the last day no matter what. The Rangers have held their own in the brutal division of Beta but are sitting in the last spot despite only being a game and half behind. Detroit better play a good game today because nothing is more satisfying to a team out of the playoff race than spoiling the chances of someone who is. I will call the upset here, Rangers will sneak away with this one like they did earlier in the season.

YAWN..... This by far is the worst division to watch for any excitement. There are not any upsets, and well... New York can lose the last 3 games and still win the division. I call it now... Boring!

This game has zero implications on the playoff race for Alpine other than the fact it might, and a very LARGE might start the roll of knocking them down from the #1 spot. I highly doubt they lose the #1 seed but it is still a possibility in a weird world! Ministry on the other hand this has HUGE implications on their playoff race. Whether they win or lose it really still comes down the the last game of the season against Detroit as long as Ministry and Detroit both take care of the Rangers. Being in Beta is no cakewalk this season and other than Alpine the wounds have shown through. Alpine has been coasting smooth for a long time but last week showed they are human in getting forced into overtime. Will clinching the division make them complacent or will getting sent to overtime make them motivated. We know Ministry is, but how Alpine plays will determine the game. I call this another upset where Ministry gets revenge for their loss earlier in the season.

PREDICTION: Ministry of Dotball 20 - Alpine 17

I don't think Alpine can lose the #1 seed - there's only 3 games left, so worst case we finish 11-3. Only other team in the league with 3 or less losses right now is Tampa at 8-3, so if they finish 11-3 it's a tie - but Alpine has the H2H tiebreaker over them, so Alpine's still #1, right?

Thanks for the predictions. This is by far my favorite GLB2 league. It has my favorite personal player, my favorite team and an epic showdown for the last playoff spot unfolding. I'll be super disappointed if we lose to Cooley High today, not because they aren't a great team but because it'll ruin our chance for that playoff spot.

i think i have detroit stabilized so i am hoping there are no more ups and downs like there were in the early part of the season..we shall see...

In our division though hard to say up and down, you got taken to OT which was a scare. I did have the game pegged as close game just was hoping that Cooley could hit a last seconds FG to which they did, but for the tie and not the win

Now just need you to lose to Alpine and then looks like a game between you and us might decide it as we both hold the tiebreaker over DeepRoute. Though we need them to lose to Tampa in the last week as well.... Talk about an eventful week 14 that will decide the wildcard possibly.

That fumble on the very first play of the game was nearly terrible.
