did you set the correct tactics for the playbook?
Did you set it for the right team?

Aye. I double checked everything again. It's all setup correctly. It's the correct playbook and tactics, and there should have a zero percent chance to run a 3-4 at all, among other plays.

probably bad balance between your playbook and tactics...

well it's my In season AI and I haven't touched it since the heuristic coverage was put in. Same for tactics.

Just a basic blitz AI. 100% Inside Run, 100% blitz.

Spams Storm Brave and Zero Edge blitz.

I think he's after a screenshot of the teams tactics to show the same one was used.

As much as I hate to say it, you did run a different tactic setup between those two games. One was default which is "ManUp Pressure", the other was "Bring the Heat".

Still shouldn't run a 3-4 play if it's not in my playbook, and the only difference is 50 short pass/50 inside, 100 blitz. If you want a screen shot of the 3-4 play being ran when the only possible outputs are 4-3 and 4-4 and everything in the tactics points to them.

It's very possible. I'm unsure of how that would make a difference because there's zero 3-4 plays in the in playbook. I'll keep an eye on it and if it happens again I'll have concrete proof on it :/
