yeah but don't you think it would be cool to have 3 wild cards and the lowest ranked division winner play in a wild card weekend, then the two top seeds have a bye week and play the winners of the wild card round? idk, seems like 4 team playoff is weak.

Do all of the teams in a league move out to a higher division next season? What I mean by that, is will my rookie team play in a soph division and so forth?

Every rookie team moves up to sophomore, every current sophomore moves up to seasoned, and so on.
If everyone in your league renews their team, your league will stay as is. If a lot of teams sell, your league gets broken up (and you get moved in to other leagues, filling in their gaps).
