For example,I set 50%outside run,50%medium pass for second&long situation in the defensive tactic.Then offense go a 2WR play in Second&Long,so there is 50% probability use 2WR OUTSIDE RUN defensive play,right? So my question is when there is a play match in the defensive playbook just like "4-3 Man DE Flat Strong" or others,then will other "pass/run "defesive play like "4-3 Man Base" still could be called for this situation?

When there already has a D play against inside run situation,why still calls the PASS/RUN style D play? This makes the defense against short yard inside run more hard! Even when I set 100% inside run as 3&very short situation in the D tactic,it still kept calling outside blitz D play,crazy!!!

I was a bit confused about the pass/run defense stuff too. But as Paraboon pointed out to me, everything after "pass" is meaningless. "/run defense" is meaningless for when you are setting up the tactics. Hope that helps you somewhat.

1. What is the play you want to be called against how many number of WR's?
2. What is the play that keeps getting called instead?
From the OP if you had

50% is hard to count.So my example is I have 4-4 MAN ILB FIRE in my 2WR Dplaybook,then I set 100% inside run at the 3rd & very short in my Denfensive tactic.So the result should be when the offense called a 2WR formation play in the 3rd&1 situation,I can call the "MAN ILB FIRE "100%,right? But the truth is no,other pass/run denfensive play still be called for this situation.
