A nice feature to have would be the ability to toggle the play art off/on on replays, so that we can see how well our players are executing their assignments.

This would also help us determine which plays work better against certain schemes. Especially for teams that run zone plays on defense.

Nothing high priority, but a nice to have is all.

For defenses...big circles for zones, lines connecting man coverage, and blitzes with arrows pointing at the QB, maybe.

Yup. Exactly. For offense could see how well your RBs are hitting the holes, how well WRs are executing their routes. Things of that nature.
