Purchased one of the newly added teams and it's impossible to recruit because the drop-down menu where you select the team you are recruiting for doesn't work. It drops down but does not show my team, therefore I cannot send any contract offers.

Probably tied to the roster being full. If you cut a player (scissors on the roster page) you should be able to bring on a new player.
