Is there a way to determine or even estimate how many more SP's my player will get from any point in his build. I could sit down and do math, but I hate reinventing the wheel. Further, I honestly haven't really paid enough attention to the game SP gains to know how much you get for each game.

That does help with one aspect. Unfortunately, I really would like to know the remaining SP's still. Really probably isn't all that important though. Have you ever just had that nagging feeling it might come in handy for some reason?

Doomsday clock. A number of the total SPs remaining in your build that counts down as you add them.

How many SP's are received per game? Is every game the same amount (league and ladder)?
How many SP's do you receive for each SP boost? 29,000 Total I know, but how many for the first, second etc. I am fairly certain that it isn't equally distributed. based on the strangeness it would cause
I have found everything else I need.

Yeah, I have come to this conclusion for each game. I am testing a spreadsheet with data that is as close to a model I have been able to come up with, but it seems a bit off, and I am still trying to determine how much each boost is. I have tested it out a few times with my dot and a retired dot, and it seems to be close as it continuously seems to work out.

easiest way i can think of is do what burn said copy player do the sp trick and set sp to 209k for a normal or 219k sp for a Superstar and spend points till they match leftover sp is what you have left to spend

Can't do it as accurately for a superstar cause your clone won't get the -10%

This is actually how I am testing my model. I have retired a dot that was designed the same way as my current CB. I give the retired dot 209,000 pts. and assign those to the same level that my current dot is at. My model shows the same value of dots remaining as the retired dot. The odd thing is my model is showing an inaccurate number of total SPs at the end. I have to assume something with the end of my model is messed up slightly.
29k pts from boosts (I still haven't determined precisely when all those are put out exactly, at this point I have assumed each of the first 4 boosts to equal 8k pts but I can't remember).
750 * 150 = 112.5k pts. from games
67k pts. from level gains
Players start with 1k pts.
totals to be 209.5k pts.
Clearly I am off somewhere, but I don't see it.

20%....
and yes it's a minor problem that some of us can calculate us out of

your numbers seems right from the FAQ by bort but from his pattern i would assume the 500 is from - Level 23: 3000 Skill Points, since it seems weird it goes from 2500 to 3k suddenly, unless it's to fix sp, so i could assume that it's only 2500 though would be nice if corndog could check it if he's around
the first 2 boosts is 4k if it helps you
