Looks like both the FS & SS are misaligned, it's supposed to be an inside run defense but clearly isn't working as intended...hopefully. This isn't a one time occurance either, I broke quite a few longer runs against the same defense when SF called it. Also, New York Nightmare ran it about 100% of the time vs Alpine with nightmarish results...pun intended

Was actually going to post this bug right now after our game against NY yesterday as you refer to.

Needs to be taken care of as we really need an inside run blitz play against the spread formation

Yea, currently its about the worst inside rush defense you could call.

Yep. That's pretty bad. Looks like a pretty viable defense when looking at the play art. Pure crap in reality.

Yeah, looking at the play art it looks like THE play to stop teams from running inside out of the spread formation.

Well, either the safeties need to be moved and have their blitz go inside the DEs, or the play art and tags need updating. As it is that's more of an outside run defense. And possibly a pass blitz (that would leave the HB uncovered). But with just 5 in the box it's about as bad as could be against the inside run.

I'm not sure what would happen if they fixed the alignments; hopefully the safeties would come up behind the LBs and pick a gap and not always get hung up in someone else's block.

Don't think so, I got burned on it last season and was hoping it was fixed.

Add Pro Set HB Sweep. HB runs into FB 95% of the time. I have over 50 examples from this season if you'd like.

Really? I haven't looked at it live yet but that was a great play on the test server.

There aren't any defensive play calls against those WR tags that give you more than 5 in the box. It's p broken at this point.
