I tried finding it here on the forums, but nothing leaped out at me in my browsing.

Anyways, there are two lines in each individual player's box on the video replays. One blue, and one green. I've noticed in watching individual players over full games that the blue line can fluctuate wildly on some players, while the green line tends to drift downward over time on all. But, what do they represent, specifically? And is there anything I can do to make the blue value be more consistent?

Blue is stamina - your energy (affected by your player's Conditioning). When it goes down, players head to the sidelines for a bit, which is why it's back up later. Fluctuates a lot, but doesn't get up quite as high late game as it did at the start. More conditioning makes it lower slower.

Green is morale - think of it like momentum (affected by Toughness and Heart). It doesn't go down as fast, but when you make a bunch of bad plays, it can enter a death spiral (see- the Denver Broncos).

Good plays can also recover morale. Recovery based on heart. A wide receiver with low heart that drops a pass in the 1st quarter will have a considerably more difficult time getting back on track the rest of the game than one with decent heart investment.

Both heart and toughness can reduce the damage done by negative plays.
