When you first make a new guy (no sp or ap spent) right click on the number of sp he has (1000) and choose inspect element or w/e. When the html bar on the bottom pops up find the bar that has your sp count, right click it, and choose edit as html. Highlight 1000 and change it to whatever the magic number is, I think 201000 or something like that
