I need some help with the Offense and Defense tactics and playbooks. I need you to be active, willing to put in the time that comes with doing the job (scouting people, setting up tactics, setting up playbooks). Anybody interested in this (Don't worry about the people currently there as they don't actually touch the playbooks/tactics) If you want a Head Coach job, OC/DC, Ast OC/DC. Let me know. I do need some help with getting this team the full max potential.
