Conditioning
Toughness
I maxed both on my guy early this past season (both were around 50ish), he had very low sprinting and quickness, maybe 30ish for both most of the season, and it seems like he gets completely winded no more than 10 plays into the game. starting plays with 10-15 energy from there on out, and beyond halftime seems like he was starting around 1 energy every play.

Are there ANY other attributes that contribute to energy/stamina? It's just sort of concerning when you watch replays and your player is the only one dead tired (oh the blocking TE was too, but I don't know his stats)

player is a HB

Does he have a backup? Does he play STs? Do you run a lot?

There are SAs that cause energy and morale loss, so if you never get to the bench, your energy recovery will be minimal between snaps.

We have two HBs and I return punts. It seems like I'm in on a lot of passing plays though. I guess now that I think about it it seems to be working as intended, will have to work on the snap count first and foremost.

I never raised his Heart attribute though - could lack of morale cascade into lack of energy? (via lower morale -> lower attributes -> lose more 1 v 1 interactions, like getting tired faster when blocking or getting tackled?) Are there ANY other attribute tricks that could translate to better energy retention because of what goes on on the field?

Watch some of his punt return plays - does his energy take a nose dive on them? That happens in some random cases and afaik isn't really avoidable :/

I can only think of stuff like Showboat, Monster Hit, and just getting hit a lot. STs has always been a big energy suck.

The random games I looked at, your dude still had more energy than most other people on the field.

His morale usually sucked, but conditioning doesn't help that.

Meh take a look at the last game he played
http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/13174/2382093
First kickoff just burned him out, following him from there his energy is shot the whole first quarter and I assume the rest of the game as well.

Not sure if that energy drain is right or not, it's only dropping while he's moving around, but it sure does seem to bottom out fast.

Look at the FB and G, too - they're blocking the whole time, which is tiring...but they just plain plummet on that play.

Yeah, THAT I think is the "known" problem of sometimes STs just eats your energy bar for a snack. The returner having that massive drop I'm not so sure; his energy stays level while he's just standing but drops pretty dang fast once he's moving.

GLB gave us VA options to deal with it. Not sure STOPs or STs SAs will be useful in GLB2 due to the roster limits, but wouldn't be bad to at least offer a Distance Runner type SA.

I'm testing things out, doob. Will respec to a more balanced build if you want, though.

I looked at the build. Will be an interesting experiment. Carry on.
