Sorry if this was posted somewhere else as I could not find it. Saw I got a team and want to sign players but looks like the is not an option right now for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

You can sign them now, when you click to send them a contract make sure your team is listed as the team attempting to sign the player. Also, check your team roster and make sure you have auto-cut CPU players to allow you to not worry about cutting CPU while you sign human players.

Just go to the page of the players you want, and they'll have the word "Recruit" listed next to their name. Click that to offer contracts.

My brother is having the same issue. When he goes to the player page and clicks "Recruit" he can't select his team from the drop down menu. So it won't let him sign anyone.

Then he probably can't sign the players for some specific reasoning.

The code to give the reason is on the pipeline to being uploaded, but in the meantime...if the team doesn't show up, you're either trying to sign too high level players, over the salary cap, or your roster is full.

i looked into all those reasons you gave. his team should be a sophomore team, but just to check and make sure he tried to sign a rookie player but was unable to. His team should be a sophomore team as he never chose to reset the team. there are only CPU players on the team for a total of 36 players. so none of those reasons applies either.

A link to the team and player would help a lot.

They prob already have 43 on roster. I cant sign guys till the owner gets in and cuts those we wern't keeping.

Yeah, that's a rookie team trying to sign sophomore players.

Doesn't it only become a rookie team if you select the "Reset" button? why didn't he get a sophomore team?

Also, he just went to try and sign a level one player and he still has the same problem.

He needs to sign level 0 players brand never played 0%
