If you choose the experienced option, yes. You'll get all the SP anyone else has (I haven't tried today, but it worked yesterday). If you are still in the playoffs you can't sign new players to your team but you can park them on D League teams until the end of the season.

Thats weird, Bort or Corndog had stated that people were supposed to be unable to build experienced toons after the last regular season game.

I remember hearing that too. The trade off is probably not allowing playoff teams to sign them or anyone else. Maybe the fix in mind for those that aren't at full SP due to missing games is telling them to retire and remake a fully experienced guy on the last day, lol?

Makes more sense to let you build them any time - and just limit signings to the play off teams.
That way you are not building a pointless wall between your customer and the product but still avoiding the ringer thing.

What about players counting towards superstars? Is there a cutoff date for that?
Also if there is a cutoff date, then do new players count towards next season superstar count or is it pointless to make players after the cutoff date?

How come you can't sign but you can cut dots?
So I have a player who now wont be a Sophomore like the rest of my dots.
He can't be signed, and there is still XP to gain.
