yeah i think without a doubt ministry is the top team in the league. from what i have read its the division winners plus the team with the best record that goes into the playoffs. its really going to come down to the last set of games.

in alpha you have either deeproute or omaha. deeproute has the tiebreaker with omaha. deeproute is playing boston who has 2 wins on the season. think its safe to say that deeproute will win that game. omaha plays against ministry...should be a tough game but regardless it doesnt look like omaha is winning the division given the tiebreaker and boston.

in beta you have detroit and ministry. ministry has the lead by one game with there last game against omaha. detroits last game is against tampa, which is not a guarantee. detroit has the tiebreaker over ministry, so a detroit win and ministry loss gives the division to detroit. a win by ministry or loss by detroit gives the division to ministry. the odds are in favor of ministry.

wildcard...this is where it gets interesting, omaha has the tiebreaker over detroit, detroit has the tiebreaker over ministry..one of these 3 teams is going to get left out of the playoffs. it really comes down to if detroit wins there game against tampa. if detroit wins, they are in the playoffs. a loss by omaha gives detroit the better record and the wildcard and ministry gets the division. a win by omaha gives them the wildcard with the tiebreaker over ministry and detroit gets the division so long as they win. if detroit loses, then ministry and omaha are in the playoffs regardless of who wins.

yeah the detroit-tampa game is going to be tough. detroit has had a pretty good defense so far all season but tampa has been on a roll lately and actually is rated higher in the matchups. the ministry-omaha game should be a good one as well as omaha has found there groove recently as well. just like in real football, its all about who is getting hot at the right time. if anyone else has predictions i would love to see what they think.

Think these predictions are pretty spot on with what I think it is. I can see my team gets no love in a report of the Gamma Division, but that is most likely because it has a lock in the playoffs as the Division Leader.

Would also like to add that I am the only team so far to have beaten Ministry in a League game.

yeah there wasnt much to say about new york in gamma league. you have it wrapped up with no one to challange you. i will do more indepth once the playoffs start. i would also like to say that detroit beat ministry in a league game, though that was in week one.

Yeah, but it wasn't owned by anyone when they won so I don't count that game. Same when Boston Blazers beat my team. I didn't have the team then. Me and Stobie bought our teams the same day.

very true, all in all it should be an interesting playoffs. if we are all in the same division next season, i might try to do a power rankings after every league game day.

Wouldn't mind that at all. I forgot how to do power rankings, last time I did that was back when I had a team on GLB1 way back when South America A was introduced to everyone back in Season 5 or 6.

my power rankings right now

1. ministry -not the best win rate lately, but there destruction of deeproute gives them the top spot.
2. omaha - have had 2 stumbles in recent play, but all in all have been winning with a consistent offense and just enough defense.
3. deeproute - lost badly to ministry but has consistently beaten league teams, i just dont think they could handle omaha's offense.
4. detroit - detroits defense has kept them in playoff contention as there offense has yet to find the groove it had earlier in the season. would give any team a hard time, but can they score?
5. tampa - tampa is on a 7 game win streak and have been putting up very strong offensive numbers, but it has been against very weak competition.
6. new york - new york does have a win against ministry, but there 22-0 blanking by omaha and weak record in league play has to leave them worried.

Nice. Also, yeah. . .been spotty with bad gameplanning and questionable play. Only a couple games I feel like we actually lost.

I would concur with these rankings and think we should have a weekly Power Rankings thread. Someone start it up and I will sticky each week.

i will do it in the new season, i will really start doing alot more once playoffs start.

i think it would be good though to have two people doing rankings and maybe start a back and forth.
