Welcome to the fourth consecutive season of my rankings. These rankings come at you on a game-to-game basis and usually rank the top 10 teams as of the day of writing. These rankings are ONLY based on regular season games. Preseason, tournament and scrimmage games will not factor in to any rankings I post unless I state otherwise.

This ranking is loosely based on fact and largely based on opinion. Thanks for reading. Please post and comment!

1. Fighting Gamecocks - We are all aware that this team has some all star coordinators who are pushing hard to be the best, but they still have a long road ahead of them. Despite the fact that they've only played one game this year, I am still confident this is the best team in PWG.

2. All Pro Falcons - So much for All Pro vs Crib being a good game... AI's defense was dominant, but his offense was the kicker with 525 yards total and 44 minutes of possession. This team will be a great one and compete for the top spot in the ranking on a regular basis.

3. Chicago 85' Bears - Gerr is one of the most dependable regular season coordinators in the game. He has a real shot to solidify his high ranking in week 2 vs SoA, but I still think he has enough to get the job done; especially since Gerr practically decided to go full boost this year.

4. TazVikes Nordica - This sorry joker took the week 1 opener from me with a really solid performance. He really played a great game on all sides and contained some of the plays that I expected to be home runs. Taz looks good early but the schedule is not his friend with Little Ohio, All Pro and Subversive in the next 4 weeks.

5. Short Bus Window Lickers - LE is doing a pitiful job of not trying hard with this squad. He looked pretty dominant in week 1 and doesn't have a really serious challenge until week 5.

6. Epic Holiday - Yes, they played a CPU but they put up 255 against a CPU. Epic has a pretty solid staff but faces Jonesboro, Royal Cocks (Yep, not Straight Cocks) and Chicago in their first 5 games so the road isn't exactly a cake walk. If Epic can come out of that run with only 1 loss, they could be a virtual lock for a top 4 seed.

7. Requiem Revolver - I could have put them at 6, but goodness they really struggled with the CPU Underdogz... They ONLY won 105-0 and not 255-0... I don't even know why I ranked them. RR has a pretty relaxed early season schedule with only two really tough games. I expect this team to be toward the top of the East standings coming into the second half of S39.

8. Sons of Anarchy - When did week 1 turn into the "Elite vs CPU" week? 6-8 all played crap in week 1. Check back with SoA after next week as they play the game of the week in SoA vs Gerr. NOW that is a show down boys.

9. East-West and Down Under - They actually faced a reasonably decent opponent so they make the top 10! East West, as I'll call them for short, is one of my dark horses this year and I am expecting a solid season and a playoff appearance from these guys. They start off with a weak schedule. Check back in week 4 after they play Crib.

10. Rocks & Minerals - I almost feel bad for not including pretty much all the other 1-0 teams because most of the guys in this list have beaten absolutely nobody... BUT I'll go with Birdman to round out the top 10 as he always has a salty squad.

Don't feel bad if you didn't make the list this week. It is impossible to get a decent ranking this early.

Easily the game of the week. I'm saying it is every bit as good as my game this week against Taz if not better. Could play a big role in seeding late too if things play out this season the way I see it.

Hey, glad to see we made your list twice now in 2 seasons! We had an easy schedule during our last visit to gold as well and started solid, then ran into the meat of the schedule and took a downward spiral. We are planning to make the playoffs (mainly to avoid the boredom of Silver Leagues).
