trying to get my center onto a cpu team and it won't let me accept the contract offer. click the accept button and it just re-routes to the player page still as a free agent.

Hmmm, looks like that team shouldn't have even sent you a contract, and you shouldn't be able to accept it. Accepting it would put them below the minimum number of players for the positions the CPUs would be cut from.

Was that the only contract offer you got?

weird, it was the only one that didn't already have a human player at center...didn't think about there being minimum cpu requirements...

that's what I get for not screwing with this place in over 3 years and then coming here out of boredom and should pay more attention...

I'm working on fixing that bug, sorry for the inconvenience.

I think it was completely my lack of paying attention honestly. Thanks for the clarification though. I'll just request more contracts tomorrow and move on.
