I just created a HB but there are no cpu teams that have a roster spot available for a HB. Every single team has 3 HBs. How often are new teams/league generated?

You might want to pick a position that doesn't say "Low Demand" next to it.

Does everybody on this site always have to give a smartalic answer? I know HB's are low demand, but I already have a CB and FS.

It's "smart alec" or "smart aleck", depending on your preference.

I prefer "smart alec" since it's actually the correct term as it relates to the origin of the phrase.

Hmm, its daft answers that put people off being on here. It'll stop being funny when no one else posts here

If you know it's a low demand player, and know what that means, then why make a thread about it?

OMG....6 responses and not one is addressing my question.

New leagues are created when the admins decide to create new leagues. I believe I have seen it said they plan to create more D leagues but no timeline.

Even so, if a player is listed as low demand you'll likely have a hard time finding a team no matter how many leagues exist.

I don't think his response was an attempt at being smart towards you. I know I would have said the same thing. However, I would have also stated something similar to the fact of what AirMcMVP also said as to answer you question.

The reason for the low demand is because the current HB to Team need ratio must be near 1, which means you are better off creating a guy that is in more demand or getting in touch with an owner that you could plan out a contract with ahead of time.

Thanks for the replies. I do have a sense of humor though so I laughed at some of the responses.

I have a FA DT, with no offers, and they certainly weren't Low Demand when I made him.

Honestly, with the way GLB works - and this was true for me in both GLB1 and 2 - it seems a lot better to contact a team and find a roster spot before you even make the player. "Player demand" as judged by the site it going to be really hit or miss because team owners have a lot of different ideas of what they want to do.

Making a player late-season was also always dicey. The good news here is that if you just don't join a team, you don't lose any career time, he's just idle.

In cases where your team dissolves and you have to go looking later, well, that happens, and you can often find a team if you put some effort into it, but aside from that I've never found this game to be very friendly towards just making the player you want and then trying to find him a team.

Getting an avatar would be a good start.

GLB is a social game. If you want a roster spot you either have to know someone or have a dot that someone wants/needs.
