How is it possible for a team to cut players in mid-season? Doesn't the team suffer a big chemistry hit?

Apparently my TE and another guy's TE was cut yesterday after the owner of the team signed a new OC. Looking at the roster the OC has his own TE and he cut our TE's to make room for his. Looking at the stats show that my receiving TE has the most receiving yards per game and total for the team.

The owner has never posted in the team forum and I was planning on leaving at the end of the season anyway since I didn't think an absentee owner would make for a good team. But I'm shaking my head that he would do this mid-season. Not mad, just think it's weird.

The thing here I don't understand is why there was no message from the game telling me my player was cut. In GLB1, every time there was a player transaction, you got a message from the system telling that you got traded or released or whatever. Why didn't I get something here? The only way I could tell I got cut is because my player status line showed he was a free agent.

Same boat here. Understand why he cut my player but had he not PM me to tell me after he cut me, I wouldn't have known. We should get an alert or notification of a player transaction +1

best is when they cut your players for not seeing their builds and statistically they were the best on their team.

Yea this dude named the whore cut my CB cause I wasn't going to boost, we like 2 weeks left, he was nice about it but it's still an asshole thing to do

It should be up to agents to reveal builds. I ask players to do so, but if they refuse, oh well. Bottom line is production on the field.

sure...its all about compromises. I, personally, think different. Just wanted to say that I can understand his owner

I don't understand owners who would cut productive players.

I received cut alerts about a week or so ago when an owner sold back despite seeing people post about not receiving alerts. Are you sure you didn't just delete the alerts? Would be easy to do now that PMs and alerts are combined.

Having fun trolling GLB2. No one can sell teams back, so you didn't get any alerts. Failed another troll post
