I think the more players you played with before. That on your next team decides your chemisty.

I'm only interested from a roster building stand point. If all players get a chemistry reset every year then it wouldn't be worth replacing a player with high chemistry at this point in the season. If there's no chemistry reset then it makes more sense to bite the bullet now.

It would make sense that you'll lose chemistry if you change teams, but keep it if you don't. On a player by player basis.

That would make sense but i'd just like to hear some confirmation. I could also see some partial reset as well.
