If you change the pay for CPU players from Medium to LOw will it affect their morale or anything on how they will play for your team.
I just changed all of my CPU players from Medium to Low to save salary cap to sign players
Was this a mistake?

Low salary means chemistry no higher than 50. Most players who've played all season are just now reaching a chemistry of 50 (or will very soon). You'll probably start to notice a gradual decline in their play from 1) unplanned SP allocation and 2) lower chemistry.

I switched them back to Medium

I have my whole team on medium and not much money to sign human players, so Im looking ways to manage my budget

When you sign a human player to replace a CPU player the humans player will replace the CPU. Think of it as the CPU player being "off the books"

you should have some highs.... unless your team chose very expensive traits...

Seems like guys on low contracts gain chem slower than medium guys. The one guy on my team with a low contract is only up to 26 chem so far while the lowest guy on a medium contract is at 36 and I think he missed the first days chem from the reneg bug.

Guys, for re-negotiating contracts, do I have to send to everyone on the list? the drop downs are None/Low/Med/High. So for those that I dont want to re-negotiate, would I put None and only those who I want to re-neg put High for example.

Or will "none" remove his current contract as in "no contract?

none means no contracts but you can do single renegs. by clicking on the button next to the chemistry they have with the team.
