I think bhall had a bunch of zones in the higher levels. Zones actually shut the pass down pretty well in the later stages. No blitz means you are giving them a lot of time to make the throw, so you kind of need to have Superstars on the D-line who are created to break up the passing play without help.

More like why isn't anybody using 5 CB quarter / 3-2-6 Dime packages exclusively with 2 blitzing CB's and a run stopping Break Run Block MLB or two on the roster

shut down outside run, shut down passing game, lose to inside runs that suck n e way

fool proof

Inside runs >>> outside runs by the end of next season.

Especially with the success of the passing game. I see a lot of people build shifting their run stopping bots into pass stopping bots. By then, the Run-Only o-line will have 30+ points into run blocking over the d-line builds that are balanced or pass focused. At which point those inside runs are going to start going for 8 ypc.

our bots already have 30+ run block power and we're lucky to average 5 ypc.

superstar run stop MLB or even two and you won't suck vs inside run either

30+ on top of what people already have. Not 30+ alone.

lol, do you really think that we're all just ignoring our run defense attributes?

Why would you want to run a 3-4 without heavy blitzing?

And anyway, Hold Ground is one of the cheapest skills for a DLineman.

Given how powerful the passing game is right now, you can bet there are a lot of teams that are.

Inside runs are fine

Does the OP mean "efficacy" instead of "validity"?
