Back by popular demand!

A few things, I am pretty much going from my last PR report to this one, so the change in rankings will be reflected from game 3, I know so long ago.
Thanks for being patient with these, and I am glad to be back with my guns blazing!

(-)1: Austin Orangebloods (10-0)
The Orangebloods still seem to be the top team being the only undefeated team. They have not really won by any huge margins, but they do win very decisively. They don't seem to have much competition here in USA A #3, and seem to be the heavy favorite from the West to move up to AA.
Player leaders: (DE) CG Smith

(+1)2: Fortaleza Longhorns (9-1)
Fortaleza has always been a strong team, and are now proving how strong they actually are. They have blown several teams out of the water on their way to the 2nd spot on the Power Rankings. They had no problem bouncing back after narrowely losing to Austin. This team is probably hoping to match up against them again in the playoffs, to show that they can win it, when it matters.
Player leaders: (QB) Lord Brady; (HB) Whitey Jackson

(+2)3: Las Vegas Flyin' Elvis (9-1)
L.V. seems to be the only newcomer that was prepared for USA A #3. They seem to have plans on moving up another league 2 seasons in a row. They lost to an underrated Dayton team, but have defeated teams ranked at the top. Aslong as they can come through come playoff team, their visit here to USA A #3 will be short lived.
Player leaders: (HB) TD Parker; (CB) Barry Larkin

(-2)4: Turin Falcons (9-1)
They lost to the top seeded team from the East, but had a nice game after that to get their confidence back up. They have knocked out some good opponents already, and have an easy sched for the next couple games, but then they need to prepare for their last 3 final games. Those wins will be crucial if they want to go into the playoffs with good momentum.
Player leaders: (FB) Jean-Francois Courtemanche; (G) Bob Blotosky

(-1)5: Tricity Cardinals (9-1)
This team has some crazy stats, though a lot of that can be attributed to the weak conference. They probably had the easiest first half schedule in the league, but now they must prepare for some tough games against some of the better teams in the East. The loss to the Hitmen was unexpected, and hopefully wont come back to haunt them during the playoff seedings.
Player leaders: (QB) Eli Cornelius Spiderpig; (HB) Terell Davis; (WR) Rocket Ismail; (DT) Captain Insano II; (DE) "Mahvelous" Marvin Hagler

(+4)6: Slaycity Slayers (8-2)
The Slayers have done well thus far into the season. Their 2 losses come from very respectable teams, and they have not faltered after either one of them. The Slayers have a very dangerous road ahead of them against 4 of the top teams from the East. If they can even pull out 2 wins from them, that would be amazing. If they can get past those games with minor damage then they will have 2 games to build momentum for the playoffs.
Player leaders: (HB) Chauncy Billups; (WR) Just Wolf; (QB) Tami Maida

(+2)7: Dirty South Brew Crew (8-2)
The Crew carried on where they left off from season 2 and have appeared to be a real threat. Their last 3 games from the East will show how far they have really come. Don't sleep on this team or you may wake up with an L plastered on your forehead.

(-)8: Rocky Mountain Snipers (7-2-1)
The Snipers have done well this season, I am sure many teams especially the Snipers expected to be a bit higher on the rankings, but they have been unable to show consistency against evenly matched teams. This team should have no problem making the post season, and should have some great momentum builder games come the end of the season.
Player leaders: (K) im ronaldhino; (LB) Billy BigHits

(-2)9: More Cowbells (6-3-1)
After narrowly missing the Playoffs last season, the Cowbells are now fighting for home field advantage. The path will be difficult, but they have shown a spark they lacked a season ago to get them over the hump. A tie against the Snipers could be considered a Victory for the bells, being that the Snipers appeared to be the better team. They have put up a good fight in every game and have not been blown out in any of their losses.
Player leaders: (CB) Hanford Dixon

(+1)10: Omaha BA Mofo's (7-3)
Omaha just missed home field advantage last season, and if they don't win out the rest of their games from the conference could just miss out on home field again. They face one of the top teams from the East to finish out their season. Losing to the psychos, was more then weird, but then again there are a lot more challenging teams out West.
Player leaders: (WR) Fa Cue; (CB) Chriztian Kennedy

(-4)11: North Shore Sharks (7-3)
The sharks seem to be a "Shore" bet for making the playoffs, being that most of their tough games are over after their match up with L.V. They have done really well this season and have improved, but come game time we will find out how much as they face the top team from the East. They have played beyond their potential, so let's see what the GM's have prepared for this next game.
Player leaders: (QB) Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn; (CB) Speedy Picksix; (SS) Kam Chancellor

(+6)12: Dayton Goatse (7-3)
After a horrendous start, the Goatse are enjoying the games they are playing now. They defeated the top team from the East, which goes to show that this team actually belongs somewhere near the top of this list. It's good to see this team has found their groove here towards the end of the season. The loss to the Falcons should not be a needle in their side since when it counted they were able to get the victory.

(-)13: Panthers Syndicate (6-4)
The Panthers seem to be a bubble team, they have all the weapons to be a top tier team, but seem to stumble against the top teams from the West. If they can't find a way to get a win against either Austin or Turin they may just miss the playoffs. They seem to definitely be in the upper echelon, but will that be enough?
Player leaders: (DT) Jospel Kedettunen

(+7)14: Compton Cougars (6-4)
The cougars seem to be in the mix, though they seem to have a lot of the same issues as a season ago. How will they beat those evenly matched teams? and this season how will they beat the better teams? Compton knows how to turn it on against inferior competition, but that won't take them far in the grand scheme of things.
Player leaders: (QB) Sammy Baugh; (WR) Rob Eversleigh; (WR) Colonel Ka1; (C) Timothy Vierd

(-1)15: Cochabamba Pirates (6-4)
The Pirates are doing everything they can to hold onto that playoff spot, and lucky for them most of their harder games are over with. They have definitely moved to a more balanced type of game which seems to have done wonders for this team. Or it could just be all the rum they are drinking when they are waiting on the bench. Their next game against the longhorns needs to be a statement game, in order to prove that they belong in the same categories as the top teams from the West.
Player leaders: (HB) Deon McGriff

(+6)16: Mojave Desert Lions (5-5)
The Lions have been squeaking by, but are not completely out of the Post season picture yet. They have a good win against the Cowbells, but all their other wins come from teams with losing records. The lions need to step up or they will end up just being the best of the worst. If they keep going at the same pace they may finish about the same as they did last season, which is very discouraging after they had seemed to get it together towards the end of last season.

(-)17: South Bend Red Raiders (5-5)
South Bend has been on a roller coaster week in and week out. They came in strong defeating a good cougar team, but have issues stringing together multiple wins. They are not out of the playoff picture yet, but they need some impressive wins if they hope to be any kind of threat this season. They have a good core, they just need to get the wheels in motion.
Player leaders: (DT) David "The Wall" Lothringer

(+10)18: Blacksburg Gobblers (4-6)
The Gobblers are slowly putting things together, after their 0-4 start. Unfortunately who knows if it is enough to take them into the Post season. The nice thing about being in the East, is a losing teams always has a shot at making the playoffs. They have some evenly matched games coming up, and will need to win almost all of them to keep the team alive after the season.

(-)19: Chicago Hitmen (4-6)
What's up with this team, They probably should be one of the top teams in the East, but for some reason, don't like to play at the top of their game throughout the whole season. Who knows if the second half of the season will prove to be a positive being that the competition is vastly weaker. The Hitmen need to slap someone or they will be watching the playoffs instead of playing in them.
Player leaders: (K) The Nuge

(-)20: Colony 195 Defenders (4-6)
This team seems to have a good philosophy, win big or lose big, with very little in between. They seem to just be another team in the East, that can only beat weaker competition. Luckily they still have a chance for the playoffs, since they are in a weaker conference, but will all they be is a free win for whoever matches up with them game 1?
Player leaders: (WR) Dubious Maximus

(+4)21: Sacramento South Side Psychos (2-8)
How do you beat a top team like Omaha then lose to teams like the Aggies and the Lions? It's a good question they should be asking themselves. A coaching change may be needed to get this team to play at peak performance. This team came into the season with high hopes and now appears to be a league dud.

(-16)22: Shelby Bearcats (3-7)
Well, Shelby had a great start, too bad they were unable to carry it past the three game winning streak. They may be competitive, but not competitive enough to pull out wins from any decent team out East. If they don't turn it around now, then their season is surely over with. On a positive note, the team has improved being that they have more wins then a season ago.

(-)23: College Station Aggies (4-6)
The Aggies have done much better then projected, but it will most likely not be enough to carry them into the post season. They out performed South Park, while being heavily out favored, and have shown they can put together a string of wins. The Aggies will continue to improve and may become a factor a few seasons down the road.

(-12)24: South Park ManBearPigs (2-8)
Though I would prefer to leave it at "No Comment" I feel obligated to put something here. South Park has fallen, and with the consecutive game losing streak are having confidence problems and are now fighting just to stay safe from relegation. They need to string a few wins together against evenly matched opponents and prove that they can compete once again.
Player leaders: (LB) Logan Ayala; (OT) Tyler Larson

(+2)25: Dallas Texans (3-7)
The Texans seem to have found some kind of rhythm and strung together a decent winning streak. They have the tools to be a good team, but out West they look a lot worse then they really are. It would be a good boost for this organization if they could continue the streak to 4 games.

(-14)26: D.C. Corruption (2-8)
After starting out 2-0 they have been unable to get into any kind of positive motion. They have been out played in their last 8 games and can't seem to prove that they are truly a good team. If they don't figure it out quick they may be battling to stay safe from relegation.
Player leaders: (SS) Knock Uout

(-2)27: Philadelphia Nightmare (3-7)
The Nightmare appear to have either been sold or taken away. They will most likely be bought then players will be sold to the highest bidder. The team had some good builds, but it looks like they may be starting from scratch here soon.

(-4)28: Kansas Twisters (2-8)
Kansas appears to be safe from relegation, but 1 more win should secure their safety here in USA #3.
Player leaders: (DE) Sexual Harassment; (SS) nathan gorton

(-3)29: Mile High Mustangs (1-9)
Mile High has taken huge hits, with players leaving. They now face the possibility of being relegated this season.
Player leaders: (WR) Andrew Quataitartorachi

(+1)30: Middle Tennessee Fightin' Catfish (1-9)
Atleast they have 1 win for the season, but they will need more or they won't be here around much longer.

(-1)31: Buffalo Stampede (0-10)
The Stampede can not compete in the A leagues and will most likely be heading down to the BBB leagues.
Player leaders: (SS) Fred Simard

(-)32: Austin Extreme (0-10)
Welcome Austin, goodbye Austin.

(-)1: Austin Orangebloods (10-0)

They don't seem to have much competition here in USA A #3, and seem to be the heavy favorite from the West to move up to AA.

Really?

I go through the leader boards by conference, in order to fill it out more, I was going to do some of the PR/KR guys, but that can get lost in interpretation. Even the kickers I put on there, I put it by best percentage, then whose kicked the most.

As for Austin being the favorites, to move up. A lot of it is my opinion based on the fact that the competition is a bit tougher IMO in the West, especially with almost 5 teams rebuilding in the East. And it would have been a toss up if they hadn't beaten the Longhorns. But keep in mind, most of this is my opinion, and I try to take into account some of the other posts and even the Sports book. Also all "Heavy Favorites" mean is most likely, but you never know, just like when Dayton Upset the Undefeated Falcons last season. "Any Given Other Day"

Yeah, I agree that Austin is the favorite, for sure. But "heavy" favorite is a little strong, given that we lost by 3 and almost won with a last minute drive. And the "no competition" thing is a little strong too. But don't sweat it, you do a great job. Not trying to give you a hard time.

PS - You left our CB Ron Bergundy off the list. He's near the top for INTs.
