it appears to maybe be a flash issue?? i can't see it on the PC i'm using now which i know has out of date flash, but cant update atm 
.... but it shows on my netbook. the only other big difference i know between the 2 is PC has Windows XP an netbook has Win7. but both are using firefox...not sure which versions of FF
