Seriously though, it would be nice to have this in the opponents territory. I'm sure most people here would take the risked Turnover On Downs just to not see drives constantly halted because of a few inches...

"nm" is often used as "no message" in some places where the title provides the entire post content, but you aren't allowed to have an empty post. I'm guessing that's what it means in this context.

Obviously you would. Because it is generally considered a gimme in the case of GLB.

It seems like it would be nice right now since every run up the middle gets at least a yard and nobodys wants to trust their kicker with anything more than a 30 yarder. When defenses start to get good, I'm sure you'd lose games trying to do this. And keep in mind, this isn't Madden, and even if it was, everyone hates that kid who goes for it every 4th and kicks an onsides kick every time (okay so I do that whatever)
