I couldn't figure out how to change my player settings (open build to teammates etc.) because the settings icon was nowhere to be found.
Finally figured out the problem; the top of my player screen was all green with a pickup game result which had to be DISMISSED in order to have access to the settings button (and also offers, retire etc.). This shouldn't be necessary.
