On team site it says 4th on ladder ranking page it says 12th.

It's actually the same thing because your team is tied for 4th with many others. The team site gives you the highest rank you are at or tied with, but on the ladder ranking page it just doesn't show that you are tied for some reason which is confusing. So it ranks the tied teams in some order (maybe who's next game is closest or something like that).
