I know we have skills like pass technique and sprinting but what about the attributes as you see if you go to your biography it says attributes so, what do the attributes do and how can I increase them do I just increase skills and then they'll increase or what do I do with that?

Attributes are set at character creation and never change. The affect how much your skills cost and what the maximum cap is for your skills.

AFAIK, the attributes, height/weight, position and Traits together combine to make up your starting skills as well as your skill maximums.

The skills are what are actually used in the sim.

I think of picking attributes like picking you archetype in glb1. They determine what skills you can take the highest.
