When clicking on the little box next to my DE, and watching his plays, I saw this one:


QB "The Sharpshooter" Darren Smith threw a pass to HB Mark Lane, but the ball was batted away by RDE Paul Sikora. K Doak Walker attempted the extra point, and it was good!

On the next play a touchdown was scored and there was a PAT. Why is it showing up on the PBP for the play before the TD?

All I see is

I've seen this a few times. Wasn't sure what to make of it so didn't post anything.

still in the box score little box thingy as what I've got listed.

I'm betting this is happening because your DT was not in the play for the TD, but was on the field for the XP. But the XPs don't have their own PBP line in the links, they just tack on the text to the end of the last play shown, which in a full PBP would of course be the TD. Since your player-specific PBP doesn't include the TD play, the XP text is added on to the last play he was in on before the XP.

That might be awkward to fix without generating a separate PBP line for the XPs. Not sure why they don't, since there are separate play links for the XPs.

I sometimes have trouble getting kicker PBPs to generate at all. I wonder if that's related.
