My QB fumbled 7 snaps and botched a handoff or two as well in a pickup game. Is this normal at this level, because it's ludicrous?

Player chemistry has an affect on QB snaps (read the mouse over help for Chem on the team roster page), and since our players have zero chemistry right now I suspect that is the main culprit. Should reduce the problem once chemistry goes up, but you'll also want to increase the Leadership skill to help with snaps.

with zero chemistry all of our players will suck, the question is how many games will it take to get our chem up?
