ok so when I picked all my stuff he had higher run block awreness than he did for sprinting, yet I chose all speed/agility stuff for my dot.
this game is brokem

So... make a Receiving TE.
What makes a Receiving TE in real life?
Speed, Hands, Route Running... just like a Big WR.
Work towards those things, see how it works, tweak as you go.
