And power backs i seen so far aren't getting over 15 yards game. And speed keep doing good. Why?

amount of carries, the way they are used, speed vs. less speed on a lower level. Tough to really tell before games really get going that are actually planned around those builds.
The best backs from testing were speed early and break tackle oriented ones after a few seasons.
