It's not very important...but kinda bums me to see players with the same name several times. Even when I retired someone to redo it (Realized there was another option afterwards) I could recreate the same player with the same name...even though it retired. I liked the uniqueness of names.

Really? Because just about everyone else hated it. It sucks to not be able to name my player what I want him to be because someone already took it then retired him after a season and decided he wanted the name to live forever.

Yeah, I don't see it as a big deal, I think that was a mistake with GLB, I mean who cares if there are 500 Peyton Mannings.

I see your point but it's also less epic to see that your player, Payton Manning, is 6th on the hall of fame between Payton Manning and Payton Manning. I know it sucks when someone acts like a douche just to retire a name but eh, I've been on GLB for a long long time and never had trouble with names.
