Instead of using "short run", "inside run" and "outside run", I'd rather use "inside run", "off tackle run" and "outside run". It would be easy enough to just set

short run = inside run
inside run = off tackle/off te
outside run = outside run

except the off tackle runs count as "outside", and are grayed out. You should ungray them or count off tackle runs as both inside and outside. For example, the single back "HB Outside Handoff".

Off Tackle runs are outside runs. You're basically asking them to distinguish between pitches and handoffs.

Right, what I'm saying is that with glb1 I could have separate packages between the pitch, which gets -2 or +20, and the off te, which gets 4-6. If all it takes is not graying out some options, why not?

It is set up the way it is to mostly distinguish between a short yardage inside run and a regular inside run package.
