This ranking is loosely based on fact and largely based on opinion. Thanks for reading. Please post and comment!
1. Fighting Gamecocks (1) - Talk about a fantastic victory over the TazVikes. It took a passing touchdown with 43 seconds to go to find the victory. FGC also got a special teams TD. Really this game looks like it could go either way if it was played over again. FGC came out on top and will stay on top of this ranking. Jkid is rolling so far.
2. Whodey's Experiment (2) - WE pulled out a pretty major victory against Subversive allowing only 14 points. I am convinced that this WE team can challenge FGC for the top seed in the East. Big game in week 8 vs All Pro.
3. TazVikes Nordica (3) - This was one of the more difficult ranking decisions I have had to make in this year as well as last. Ultimately I decided not to drop the TazVikes after their loss. They played amazing against FGC and showed a lot of talent. I really think they are deserving of this third rank and could be successful against any top team.
4. Royal Cocks (6) - What a significant victory over SBWL in week 7. They've now beat the Crib Midgets and SBWL in back-to-back games. I am really impressed with these two wins and am excited to see what Royal has to offer in these next few weeks against GTS, East-West, Redbeards and later on against Chicago. Watch out for these guys; they may have finally figured it out.
5. Chicago 85' Bears (4) - It really wasn't much of a game against OffTopica and I am not expecting them to be challenged against the Youth Patriots or the CPU team. They then follow those two up with the Mayors. Not that you could ever ignore a team this good, but not much to see here for a few weeks.
6. All Pro Falcons (5) - The Vikingz gave the Falcons a run for their money, but at the end of the day A.I. proved to much to handle by allowing only 169 yards. Week 8 brings WE to town so we will know a lot more about both squads next write-up.
7. Brethern Krewe Redbeards (8) - Having the CPU game over with, the Redbeards now face the Mayors and Midgets before a big match-up vs Royal. The road definitely strengthens the rest of the way.
8. Short Bus Window Lickers (7) - Clearly this squad is just at the level that we expect from a normal LE squad this early in the season. Of course, that really doesn't mean anything when it comes to playoffs, but for now you can clearly see this squad isn't what we expected.
9. Minnesota Vikings (9) - I'm impressed. I really expected the Vikingz to fall off the map without their DC having left in the offseason, but they have actually become better. They will likely win these next 3 weeks to come to 8-2 before facing FGC. I really think that the Vikingz will make it to 10+ wins.
10. Gold Test Squad (NR) - I really wasn't that impressed with GTS in the beginning of the season with their difficult victory over Birdman in week 1 and the loss in week 2. However, lately they have showed strong against the Mayors and Midgets. GTS also has a chance to improve their potential playoff seeding in the West with their week 8 match-up against Royal.
