For offense and defense. One person can do both if they have enough time. We have a full roster and are looking to work our way up.
I don't ask for much from my players or coordinators except that they do the best they can and are willing to learn from mistakes. It's a foot in the door type of position that could definitely lead to more involved roles with the team as we progress, if desired.
Your job would basically consist of watching the last few of our opponents games and giving your opinion on what worked against them, what didn't, and what might have and so forth, and posting it in a designated thread in our forum.
Experience would be great, but not required.
