#1 Chicago 85' Bears (3) - They were the only higher seed who avoided the upset. The Bears are on a 15 game win streak. That streak includes a victory over their upcoming opponent in the Hired Guns.

#2 All Pro Falcons (6) - I said it before that anything could happen in the match-up of APF and WE, but I was still slightly surprised to see A.I. come out on top. All Pro beat the top team in my ranking in the playoffs, so they get the extra bump.

#3 Hired Guns (5) - I actually was less surprised to see Hired Guns win than All Pro. I have been saying for a while this was a legit team. This is a good team and deserving of their spot in the Western Finals.

#4 TazVikes Nordica (7) - My dark horse keeps on rolling over the top seed in what wasn't just a huge upset. Everybody knows this team is dangerous, and I have been saying as much for weeks now.

I truly believe any of these four teams are worthy and capable of winning the title this year.

Projections:

Bears over Guns 34-31.

TazVikes over All Pro 35-24.

Guns over Bears 28-21

A couple MLF powerhouses here. This is not Gerr's best team or effort but he just keeps winning. I have to pick against him again. This is a different Kelts and Oakdad from just two seasons ago. Gerr may need a good day on STs to move on. If Gerr wins it would be no surprise, but someone has to lose.

All Pro over Vikes 24-21

Vikes have an explosive offense but I like All-Pro's consistency on defense. All-Pro has trouble getting points at times and this would be the wrong time for that. I think All-Pro is a better third down team and that will be the difference.

Apparently so. I did say consistent not better anyways. It is a total package. Ball controlling type offense with a conservative type defense. From what I remember Sub plays a risky defense, you exposed that in your first round match up. Jkid's defense is solid, but it is evidently suspect when it comes to what appears to be over powered counter plays.

I actually gave up on this season because of that. I'm hoping for a sim change because whatever changed in the sim this season made those runs really hard to stop with my defense without completely changing it. I kinda knew I wasn't going to win, my team wasn't built well for the sim this season. I'm surprised I didn't get blown out, I think I got lucky with the offensive shuffle I did.

All Pro defense is very solid always has been. Osiris nailed it in his analogy. Sub plays a gamble defense. Because they are unboosted the gamble doesn't always payoff. FGC plays too close to the LOS which allows the counters to work.
